Why a Sunset Tour Is the Best Way to See the Grand Canyon

People often see photos of the Grand Canyon and feel it doesn’t quite measure up when they arrive. The photographs that inspired your visit were very likely taken at golden hour, the two hours before sunset.
That is why we strongly recommend a sunset tour. It is worth moving the rest of your trip around to make sure you see the last rays of light hit the rim. You can’t fully appreciate this place until you watch the shadows lengthen.
If you want to see the canyon at its best, a sunset tour gives you much better odds.
